As a special treat, I will attempt a mini-review as well.
Series: This is the 5th in the Crochet Mystery series. I've read all of them
Pacing: Good. The story seemed a bit slower than in the first four, but that is not saying much because the pacing of the other four could be described as rocket-fast.
Character Development: Good. Main characters are very well fleshed out while some minor characters are a bit flat.
General: I really love these books. I finally figured out what it is I like so much about them: They are oh-so-campy, tongue-in-cheek and satirical. I'm not sure if the author was going for that, but that's what I read into them.
I am so screwed next year when I have to outdo myself and read more than 24 books.
