Thirteen Things I want to accomplish this summer
1. Mail snowflakes to Netter.
2. Somehow organize my stash (at least by color...I'll tackle weight or texture later)
3. Somehow find room for my stash (Offspring leaves for college soon...she has a closet she won't be needing...Looks like I won't be winning the Parent of the Year award)
4. Knit a sweater (tank top...preferably one piece to armholes.)
5. Organize at least one of my magazine subscriptions (I subscribe to too many to begin with. The least I can do is keep every issue from each year in one place. I think I'll start with Creative Knitting.)
6. Not buy any yarn until August 1st (oooo, I see sidebar addition!)
7. Give more of my crochet away (but not in an organized swap...I'm always terribly late and always end up feeling bad for my partner.)
8. Drink more water (especially since Summer in Dixie is more like the 7th level of hell)
9. Eat less. (8 and 9 are like a vicious circle. I don't drink enough water, then mistake thirst for hunger)
10. Pick up yoga again (but this time I want to work out a series of poses on my own w/o benefit of a dvd. Doing yoga in front of a TV seems counter-productive to me.)
11. Keep the house a little neater (it makes hubby happy)
12. Read at least 10 books (I know that's not much, but I just don't seem to have the attention span I did in my younger years...which is really odd...I used to read all the time...wait, that's something else...crap...see what I mean?)
13. Spend as much time as possible with Offspring (...cleaning out her closet...no, wait..)
