As I mentioned before, I recently purchased a copy of
Confessions of a Knitting Heretic by Annie Modesitt. (I had hear about it on
Drew's blog.) I sat down with it last night and I am just thrilled!
- The combination method of purling is faster and more comfortable for me
- I made a cable with no extra needles and there were NO HOLES
- She quotes Hillel on page 70
Keep in mind I've only
perused the book...and I haven't perused past page 70! And I am by no means a seasoned (does that mean salty?) knitter.
